Director of CX Deployment

What is your role here at Sysco LABS? 

I am Sysco’s Deployment Manager for the Mountain Central Market. My primary role is to deploy our technology platforms to the field. I work closely with OpCo leadership and market associates to support them with our technology platforms and drive adoption. 

Who / What is your greatest inspiration, and how does this drive your work? 

My eight-year-old daughter, Londyn, is my inspiration in everything that I do. I work very hard to provide her with an amazing life and, of course, spoil her with way too much stuff.  

What are some of your unique strengths that make you good at what you do?

 I am a problem solver, and I love coming up with solutions that help drive change and accomplish the goals of our organization. I am a very positive individual, and I love working in a team environment. I am a solid public speaker and always bring enthusiasm and energy into my presentations.

What are some of your goals?  How is being part of the Sysco Labs team helping you reach those goals? 

One of my biggest goals is to live a healthy, balanced lifestyle. I suffered a mild heart attack several years ago and have since lost over 100 pounds. My leadership and peers have supported me throughout my journey and given me the flexibility to maintain a work/life balance. I would love to be a motivational speaker some day, and this role prepares me for that with the high amount of public speaking I do.

What are some of the best experiences you have had in your role here? 

 I have been with the company for over five years now and have been fortunate enough to experience some amazing times. I would say the best experiences have been learning from and working with the amazing group of individuals throughout the Leapset/CAKE/Labs evolution.

What are you happiest doing in your free time?

Boating and cooking, when I can’t be on the water.
